We have 2 junior volunteers currently Alyssa and Sage.  Alyssa has been with us several years and Sage is just beginning with us.

Lauren is completing her bachelor's degree and volunteers when she is not working on school.  She enjoys photographing the animals when she has time.

THE TEAM

We have 4 volunteers and 2 junior volunteers.  We volunteer on Sundays and try to take animals to Petco for adoption events.

Crystie Riley

Vice President

Crystie is our oldest volunteer but perhaps the spunkiest.  She always has a positive attitude and a smile.  She loves all kinds of animals and her family has a dog and a cat.

Melodye Massey

PRESIDENT

Melodye has volunteered since 2004 at the shelter.  She has a love for the animals and wants them to be well cared for while at the shelter.  She has done a little bit of everything at the shelter from fundraising to cleaning kennels.  All of her animals are adopted from the shelter and she has a soft spot for the older animals.

I love the animals at the shelter and want them to find the best home possible and we try to do all that we can to help them find new homes.
